Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to call us to re-schedule or cancel any appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of $25.00. No-shows will incur a fee up to 50% of the appointment cost.
After three consecutive cancellations a $25 deposit will be required to book future appointments


If a pet’s coat becomes heavily matted and your pet requires de-matting or shaving, a fee of $2.00 per minute for de-matting will be applied to your groom with a $10 minimum and 30 minute maximum for brushing. De-matting or shaving a matted pet is a very delicate process and must be done slowly and carefully to ensure your pet’s skin is not injured during the process. Sometimes if a pet is severely matted, it may experience skin irritation after the groom. Shaving off heavy matting can also possibly expose pre-existing skin conditions. Tight matting on a pet’s ears can cut off blood flow. When the ear is then shaved, blood will rush into the ear leather and can sometimes cause a hematoma. Your groomer cannot be held liable for any of the aforementioned issues.

Late Arrival

Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked, however if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next Pet. If so we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancel and subject to cancellation fees.

Special Handling

If your pet experiences difficulties during the grooming process and requires extra time or another groomer’s assistance to complete the groom safely, a special handling fee will be added to your pet’s groom. Fees generally range from $5-$20 and will be charged at the groomer’s discretion.

Late Night

Clients are required to pay a nonrefundable fee of $25 in order to secure a late-night appointment. Late-night appointments are exclusively available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The nonrefundable $25 fee is considered an additional charge that will be applied towards the total cost of your service. In the event of a no-show, the $25 fee will remain non-refundable, and you will need to provide another deposit to secure your next late-night appointment.

Silly Sign Out

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with your groom, just contact us within 24 hours and we will schedule a time for you to come back for an adjustment at the next available time within 48 hours for no cost. There will be no refunds after the pet has left our facility.

Late Pick Up

Please be aware that failing to pick up your pet promptly may result in the imposition of the $25 late pick-up fee. We value punctuality and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our pick-up guidelines.
